The Hangover

The Hangover (Red Band Trailer)

As you're probably aware, you can now control which movies you watch on long flights (back in the day, everyone had to watch the same film on a big screen). Well, even though our two flights had a number of decent movies to choose from, watching movies on a plane isn't really my thing. But, after having seen clips of The Hangover when Candace was watching it, I became intrigued, so I checked it out on the flight home.

Sure enough, the film is awesome. It was laugh-out-loud funny, even despite my intentions to be quiet for the other passengers onboard. The cast of characters are interesting and have a lot of chemistry, the plot is well-thought-out and has a great sense of flow (the film is about unraveling what happened the night before when the guys were partying), and it manages all this without stooping to unnecessary levels of potty-humor.

Definitely check out this film if you get a chance, as it's probably the best comedy I've seen since Superbad.
