Well, after a long morning of running necessary errands for my passport trip to New Orleans, I'm about to leave. Those errands included everything from getting new passport photos made, photocopying my IDs, and picking up my birth certificate, to getting my oil changed and buying a guide book for New Orleans.
Google Maps suggests the drive is just under eight hours, so if I leave at 2:00 PM, I should be there by ten tonight. Ugh. At least I'll have all Friday to hang around town and see the sights.
Crazy, crazy, crazy.
