In Ellijay

Right now I'm out of town visiting Candace's dad and his family in Ellijay, Georgia for the first time. Ellijay is kinda in the middle of nowhere, so there's certainly a bit of culture shock going on here. That said, her dad has an INCREDIBLE house and plot of land, and we've spent the whole evening just wandering around and checking out his property.

Tomorrow we're going to the Ellijay Apple Festival, perhaps the only thing it's known for, and will be heading home shortly thereafter. We're having a good time, despite Candace's nine-year-old half-brother terrorizing us a bit. I've taken a few pics and will be sure to post them after I've gotten around to the five or so albums of other pics I've taken that I have yet to post...
