Yesterday was a return to the type of activities we had from Day 2: sitting out on the beach, bike-riding together, and going to dinner with my parents. In addition, Candace and I drove around looking for this Mexican place off the island, which we ended up finding (unfortunately, due to my resultant feeling ill). Dinner was at a somewhat high-end seafood/resort place on what my parents called a marina (more like a tiny docking area) at sunrise. Ultimately, the day was kind of forgettable, for better or for worse, especially after our day in Charleston.
Right now Candace and I are preparing to make the six hour drive home, leaving early to give me enough time to make it to my lessons in Johns Creek this evening. Since our day consists mostly of traveling and therefore doing nothing particularly interesting, I'm going to write only one more post on Charleston, covering overall impressions and including a link to my photo album on Facebook (not up at time of writing).
