Problems in Johns Creek (Part II)

Second in my list of things going wrong with my Johns Creek engagements is my involvement with an intentionally unnamed school near the Korean school which initially brought me on to help them recruit and teach students from local active adult communities. After a couple of months of no positive leads in this direction, I dropped the search (especially considering I wasn't going to get paid unless some clients actually turned up).

Recently, I spent five weeks teaching a group piano class to three 5-year-old Indian kids, all done with the intention that this would help the students' parents feel comfortable with me as their private teacher (evidently, Indian parents have an unusually hard time trusting piano teachers). Well, it turns out that for various reasons (one of which includes me not disciplining the typically-hyper kids hard enough) I won't be teaching ANY of the three students.

To make matters worse, I had been promised an opportunity to teach an hour of piano lessons each day for four whole weeks of Summer camp there (earning $150/week), but due to low registration, the people at the school say they can't afford me anymore and that they'll just do it themselves. This isn't ultimately so bad though, as I was a little worried the drive over there five days a week wouldn't have been worth it, but the whole situation is still quite frustrating.
