As I've written about extensively before, the Atlanta suburb of Johns Creek and I have a bad relationship. Today, while coming home from a private lesson there, I was reminded once again why I hate the Northeast side of town SOOO much: driving there is miserable. Not only is Johns Creek about a 45 minute drive from my home, but the area is WAY overpopulated relative to its driving infrastructure, so even when coming home at 1:15 pm today, I was caught in horrendous traffic. To make matters worse, I tried to GPS my way out of it, and I only got caught in arguably more horrendous traffic.
It's days like today that really make me feel like I'll be dropping any and all obligations in this part of town come the beginning of my students' school year...
